(1.) You must "activate" your e-mail account in your members area. (Paid Hosting Accounts Only) You'll see a link to do this on the top left of your member area page when you log in. When you click that link, a page loads with 2 choices. Be sure the top circle - "Enable Web Mail" is checked and click "Save Changes". It takes a minute so give it time! On the next screen you can set up any email address you want with "Add A Personal Mailbox". And Remember!, you're address is: anyname At yoursite.1hwy.com
NOT anyname At 1hwy.com!
From then on you will see a link at top left of your member area "Check My Email"

(2.) If you use your own FTP program and have problems connecting to the 1Hwy.com server, try Enabling PASV in the firewall or connections section of your ftp program's preferences.
